At Ali Publishing, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and with total transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines how we fulfil orders, shipping costs, delivery times, and tracking information so you know exactly what to expect when you shop with us.
Shipping Options & Costs
We currently provide standard shipping to addresses throughout Australia only. Estimated time frames are based on business days as we cannot guarantee shipping and delivery on holidays and weekends:
Standard Shipping
· Delivery time: Typically 3–10 business days from dispatch
· Cost: starting at $12.00 (extra items will incur an extra fee)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). Use this tracking number on the courier’s website to see delivery progress.
If you do not receive a tracking number or have issues tracking your order, contact us at sandra@alipublishing.com.au.
Delivery Issues
We make every effort to work with reliable carriers, but from time-to-time delays can happen due to factors outside our control (e.g., high-volume periods, weather). If your order is delayed, does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at sandra@alipublishing.com.au so we can help resolve the issue.
Shipping & Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, delivery must be made within a reasonable period and as represented in our shipping terms. If an order fails to arrive within the timeframe we set, you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer guarantees.
