Refunds & Returns Policy

At Ali Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goods come with a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Refunds & Returns for Physical Products (e.g., Books)
Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description on our site. We will not accept change of mind returns.
- You received the wrong product.
How to Return
- Contact us at sandra@alipublishing.com.au with your order number, contact details, reason for return and photos (if a product has been issued) and we will provide further return instructions. We will aim to respond in 5 business days.
- Once we receive and inspect your return:
o Correct products will be sent or:
o Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
o If a return is not approved (e.g., item used or misleading eligibility for a return), we will contact you with the outcome.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not refundable unless required by law:
- Digital products once accessed (unless faulty)
- Services already provided or delivered
- Custom or personalised products
- Change of mind returns
Shipping Costs
If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return postage.
